PALM GARDEN II
These are three separate complexes
comprising of 80 villas that is currently under construction in Seeb. The villas
are of the following types:
> 61 x four-bedroom semi detached villas.
> 14 x four-bedroom villas.
Accommodation for one maid ( with separate cooking area and own access)
> 5 x four-bedroom villas. Single
accommodation for a maid and cook (with shared, separate cooking area and own
access)
The houses area located in
compounds each with a landscaped communal area with swimming pool and a club
house as central feature.
Each compound will have gated access to the outside and a guardhouse is to be
located at each external access.
These villas are already fully let to an international company for a long term
lease and are set for delivery in phases, phase one by the end of 2008 and the
last by around mid 2009.
About Seeb
Less than half an hour
from the centre of Muscat, the wilayat of Seeb
is a favorite’s residential area among Omanis. Seeb is an ancient
fishing village with a number of historic monuments and is famous for
its bullfighting. Seeb has traditionally been the ‘country home’ for
well to do Omanis who used to own small farms in the area where they
would spend their weekends and holidays.
Seeb occupies a narrow
strip of coastline along the Gulf of Oman, north of Muscat, and has now
become a thriving township which boasts having the largest shopping
centers in Oman, cinemas, bowling alley, restaurants, the Sultan’s
School, pristine beaches, green date palm orchards. The international
airport of Muscat is located in Seeb. The Sultan Qaboos University, the
Rusayl Industrial Area and the Knowledge Oasis Muscat are all located
very close to Seeb.
