Pests are natural, but when you're planning or starting construction for building projects, you need to be sure not to create an attractive environment for these little critters. Dirt and standing water attract a number of pests that love to hide out in the cracks and crevices of large buildings. When they get into your building it can make your customers uncomfortable and cause structural damage. For example, termites eat away at wooden structures while longhorn beetles tunnel into mortar joints. This is why we try to keep our paved surfaces as clean as possible for a pest free site with possible fire hazards like grease build up kept away from hot surfaces like generators and exhaust pipes so potential fires can easily be spotted early on if needed.
